Protein structure remains relatively intact during the pressing process and the discs hold their shape in water, allowing bottom fish to feed at their own pace without rushing.
Spirulina Wafers are cleaned and pre-treated before production. Spirulina is dried under controlled temperature, and vegetables are blanched to preserve fibre.
