River Shrimp Fish Food

Aqua Plus^® River Shrimp Fish Food is made from whole river shrimp that have been dried to provide a convenient, protein-rich supplementary feed for ornamental fish and other suitable aquatic pets. Unlike finely ground shrimp meal or compressed pellets, each shrimp retains its recognizable whole-body form, giving fish keepers a natural-looking food option that can be offered directly to suitable fish or prepared into smaller portions when necessary.

With a guaranteed crude protein content of 52% and crude fat content of 8%, this product provides a concentrated source of dietary protein and energy.

1. Match the shrimp size to the fish.

Offer whole shrimp only when the fish can comfortably grasp and swallow them. For smaller fish, juveniles, or species with limited mouth gape, break the shrimp into manageable pieces before feeding.

2. Introduce the feed gradually.

When introducing dried river shrimp for the first time, begin with a small amount. Observe whether the fish accept the food, how easily they consume it, and whether any pieces are repeatedly spat out.

3. Avoid unsuitable human-food shrimp.

Use only shrimp intended for aquatic animal feed. Do not substitute salted, seasoned, or otherwise processed human-food shrimp, as added ingredients may be unsuitable for aquarium animals.

Keep Away from Moisture

Dried shrimp can absorb moisture from the air, which may soften the product and reduce storage stability. Keep the package sealed between uses.

Store in a Cool, Dry Place

Protect the product from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments.

Use Airtight Packaging

Transfer opened product to a clean, dry, airtight container if the original packaging cannot be resealed securely.

• Inspect Before Feeding

Discard product showing mold, unusual odors, insect contamination, or other signs of deterioration.
