LPL Shrimp Hatchery Feed

Aqua Plus^® LPL Shrimp Hatchery Feed is specifically designed for the shrimp larval rearing stage, featuring a stable particle size of approximately 300 microns.Field trial data indicate that the use of Micro Encap PL300 significantly reduces the proportion of stunted shrimp larvae, resulting in uniform size at harvest and making them better suited for transfer to outdoor grow out ponds.

Micro Encapsulated PL300 Feed demonstrates significant advantages in this regard by effectively reducing water pollution. Due to its high stability, the feed does not easily dissolve or disperse in water, thereby drastically minimizing the accumulation of uneaten feed residue.
In contrast, conventional feeds often dissolve rapidly after application, leading to increased levels of organic matter in the water. Micro Encapsulated Feed, characterized by precise delivery and low residue, effectively controls organic matter levels and maintains water cleanliness and stability.

Certain specialized ingredients in microencapsulated feed can optimize the metabolic functions of shrimp larvae, promoting normal physiological processes and healthy development. Probiotics and prebiotics added to the feed help regulate the balance of the shrimp larvae's gut microbiota.

Once colonized in the gut, probiotics inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and produce beneficial metabolites, such as short-chain fatty acids thereby enhancing intestinal digestion and absorption.
