Shrimp ZM Feed

Aqua Plus^® ZM Micro Encapsulated Feeds are designed around metabolic differences between Zoea and Mysis stages. Zoea larvae have small mouth gaps and underdeveloped digestion, with particle size kept between 50 and 100 microns to match filter-feeding.

Mysis larvae shift to active predation, requiring thicker capsule walls for slower release. The two stages use separate formulation parameters, not fine-tuned from the same set of data.

Zoea and Mysis Feed uses a stepwise premixing process for trace ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, achieving higher dispersion uniformity than direct addition. Spray coating is carried out under negative pressure, with coverage and thickness monitored online.

Batches that fall outside acceptable parameters are automatically rejected.  Packaging uses aluminium foil bags with nitrogen flushing to reduce oxidation.
