After harvest, the shrimp go through multiple rounds of screening and washing to remove debris and damaged individuals, keeping only those that are uniform in size and condition. The drying stage uses low-temperature technology, and the flakes hold their shape during forming. They do not break apart quickly in water, and the fragment size matches the mouth structure of most ornamental fish. The automated production line handles everything from grinding to packaging, with human intervention limited to monitoring and parameter confirmation. Temperature and humidity in the production area are kept stable by the control system, and equipment is cleaned regularly to prevent cross-contamination.

Brine Shrimp Flake Fish Food uses brine shrimp as the primary protein source, with an amino acid profile covering the daily needs of both carnivorous and omnivorous ornamental fish. Natural pigments such as astaxanthin and carotenoids are deposited gradually in scales and skin through metabolism. Colour improvement requires consistent feeding over a period of time before results become visible. Artemia Flakes have vitamin and mineral ratios that reference natural nutrient acquisition channels rather than generic additive standards. Color Enhancing Fish Food maintains stable colour performance under normal feeding schedules without requiring temporary adjustments. Community Fish Flakes stay buoyant for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing sufficient time for feeding without residue accumulation from rapid sinking.

Each batch is tested for nutritional content, microbial indicators, and heavy metal residues, with data archived by batch and linked to production dates. Leftover flakes stay intact after entering the water, with decomposition rates lower than powdered feeds.
